1. About eth1cal

eth1cal is an offensive security cell. We work exclusively by referral or active prospecting. We do not accept direct commercial requests.

2. Use of the site

You may freely access the informational content of this site (home, about, services, blog, legal pages). The invite validation form is intended exclusively for those who hold a contact key provided by our referral network.

The following are prohibited:

  • Attempt to access restricted or unpublished areas of the site.
  • Submit false or misleading data in the invite form.
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to collect content from the site without prior authorization.
  • Reproduce content from this site outside fair citation, without written authorization.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — texts, visual identity, logo, monogram, source code, copy, blog posts — is property of eth1cal or licensed for eth1cal's use. Reproduction, redistribution or derivative use requires prior written authorization.

4. Mutual NDA in commercial engagements

In any commercial engagement, we sign a mutual confidentiality agreement: you may not mention eth1cal without our prior authorization, and we may not mention you without your prior authorization. Confidentiality is a contractual clause and part of the product.

5. Warranties and limitation of liability

The content of this site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. It does not represent a binding commercial offer. Commercial engagements are governed by a separate contract with explicit scope, deliverables, deadlines and conditions.

6. DCT with no commitment

Our DCT offer ("We prove it through DCT. Technical capability demonstration. No result, no charge.") is part of our commercial proposal. The criteria for "result" are agreed jointly between the parties at the start of each engagement, in a separate instrument.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of eth1cal's headquarters, with express waiver of any other, however privileged.

8. Changes

eth1cal reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date recorded above.
